非薬物療法
嗜好品や薬物など外的な増悪因子の中趾と、睡眠衛生指導や症状を軽減させる策（入浴、歩行、運動、ストレッチ、下肢マッサージ、指圧、シップ、カイロの使用など）
血清フェリチン値が、50μl/L以下の時には、経口鉄剤を加えます。

日本での保険適応は唯一、ビ・シフロール（プラミペキソール）のみです
